Pick from Nataly Paints galley I have my idea Payment Plan * If you wish to have your guests pay, we can set up an online payment option; however, the host is responsible for making sure the minimum number is met (7 is the minimum) I (Host), will pay for All in attendance Attendance will pay for themselves The Charge? ⦁The fee is $45 per person (All supplies are included) for a 2-hour instructional painting class. • All inclusive includes: 11x14 cardboard canvas, table easel, 4 paint brushes, plastic water cups, plastic aprons, disposable pallet paper, student grade paint (Artist Lot), 4x6 reference photos, disposable shop towels, and table cloths. • Travel fee $1 per mile • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date, the remaining balance is due 2 weeks before the scheduled date and is non-refundable but is exchangeable for different available dates if notified within 48 hours. Expections of the Painting Instructor • I will promptly arrive at least 45 minutes before the scheduled time to set up supplies, end on time, and clean up in time. • Willing to help with struggling students with encouragement and advice • Will give full attention to the class and make sure instructions are clear and helpful. I understand I am there to guide everyone through a painting and will do the best to my ability to enhance the experience with good energy and a heart to serve. • No experience is needed to have a great time at the paint party Expectations of Host * All Host Expectations must be met with no exceptions. By checking the box (host) agrees and understands expectation. No alcohol, drugs or smoking at the paint party Host must provide the space, tables, chairs and attendees The tables and chairs will be set up upon Painting Instructor's arrival. Paint parties usually take one hour of set up, 2 hours of painting and one hour of clean up.
